Learn What's New at Old World Foundation
Building for the next 50 years...
In 2026, Old World Wisconsin will celebrate the 50th anniversary of their opening. If you have been to the site in the past few months, you have seen the new entry building taking shape. This new building will house the amenities needed to welcome guests to the site.

Just a few short years ago, the Brewhouse was constructed, and the Wittnebel’s Tavern was relocated to Old World Wisconsin from Old Ashippun. Now both buildings are open and a beautiful Biergarten has been built. These additions will offer guests additional experiences and allow Old World Wisconsin the opportunity to add programs.

Old World Foundation is proud to have been the independent nonprofit partner, raising needed funds for Old World Wisconsin for the past 41 years. After breakfast it's Home For The Holidays where you can explore a Victorian winter wonderland with bustling shops, crackling bonfires, festive greenery, and hands-on holiday crafts in the charming 1800s village.
